Spooning is the easiest and safest, if the man has a large member, pushing it in too far can be a risk. You have to slow things down at this point, it can be frustrating if you like to make love roughly, but it's for the best.

I think just oral should be okay if she is like six months. I think normal sex should be avoided as it would be painful
