They blew their opportunity in the promise land.Why not just send them to where they came from and mail them the bill.

They should serve their time and then be sent back. If you just send them back without making them serve their time there is nothing to stop them from coming back and doing a crime again.

I didn't know Canada had a problem with gangs. I think if you go to a country that is not yours, and you act like an a*s and break the laws, you should be given a one way ticket back home and not be allowed back in. If the crime was a big one, murder, rape, anything of that nature, you should get the same penalty that any other criminal would get and not be able to plead out. Also Diplomatic Immunity should be gone with the wind.

Because they are legally entitled to reside in Canada and are protected by the Charter of Rights, etc. Most of Canada's worst gang members and criminals (e.g., members of motorcycle gangs) are citizens of Canada and born here. Should we send them to some other country, too?!?!
