Just be a friend. There is not a huge amount you can really say to her to make her feel better apart from being there to be her friend and comfort her when she needs it.

Be there for your friend whenever she wants to talk, even if you cannot give good answers, just sit down with her and listen.

Take some time to be with her.
Take her to lunch. take her to a move. Go and visit her, invite her over.
Let her grieve, she needs to. If she wants to cry, let her, if she wants to yell, let her. If she wants to push you away, come back....
