The real answer to your question is that NO donation to ANY political party is tax-deductible. Not the Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, Communists, Nazis, The Green Party, or any of the other ones out there.
In order to deduct a gift to a charity, it must be a certain type of charity, a 501(c)(3). The definition of this type of charity includes the wording ''it is one which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office."
Candidates from the Nazi party are eligible for matching funds from the "presidential election fund' - money which can come from the box you may or may not check on the front page of your tax return. All eligible candidates from any party can get these funds. Eligibility requirements are listed with the attached link, as well as the IRS definition of a 501(c)(3).

By American Nazi Party, do you mean the Republican Party? If so, the answer is yes, those contributions are tax deductible.
