After all we know it is profitable. We should get some of the benefits. Perhaps as a community or cooperative we can make ourselves some CA$H as well. Time is running out and prices of goods and services are rising. We would also be doing the nation a great service by paying the Nat'l War Debt. Let's really stimulate the economy and get the US rolling again. With the left over money we could inverst in a lobby or more!

This would be truly maxmizing on the entrepenurial spirit. We could get very rich. Now let's get those ideas out there. I talking business to you. Square, square, square, business.

You know when Mr. Opportunity knocks and you do not answer, you see his sister, Miss Fortune.

There must be something we can sell to make this happen.

We will call ourselves the Yahoo War Profiteers & Nat'l Debt Payers Group. A mouthful you say? I am open to better suggestions. My requriement is a mere 23 1/2% of the take!

YES that's the ticket profitting from credit card debt is also a good idea. Maybe debtors prisons or better yet send the debtors overseas to work the land. The method is tried & true.

But First! Let's make $$$$ on this war thing. More wars to come so more $$$$ to come.

Come on let's get some ideas here. You are already investing in the wars and getting the short end of the stick. Now here is your opportunity to get in on a ground floor opportunity! Maybe we can make it a Multimarket Level Marketing scheme everybody wins.

What is the problem don;t you want to see the Nat'l Debt paid? Where is that USAmerican spirit of ingenutiy? Don't tell me the big companies have a Monopoly!!!

They would be delighted to let us in to help them pay off the Nat'l Debt. Aren't you helping now. I am offering an opportunity to Help in a bigger way! A way that puts earnings in your pocket!

Now stop picking on Halaburton. Any product used is profitable. Just like prison. If you have the candy concession you are in the money. It is even better for war, because you can charge the the soldiers and contractors the same price for the goods we will sell. Maybe we will have contrators price and soldiers price. I Talking Lemonade Stands, Snow Cones, Ice Cream Bars, stuff they can't get so readily. We'll be millionares within a week.

Imagine what you could make on crutches, doggie bandages, heck doggie bags!

WaterBoy I did not say a darn thing about them sharing anything. I want them to have theirs and we have ours. I am talking free trade, competiton. We make our money, they make theirs. Maybe we do it better because we have more heads with more ideas to bring to the table!!! I don't believe in show me the money. I believe in let's get the money. Power concedes nothing!!!

Their are plenty of money being made on the war. Sadly it's just the big money people who are making it. You do have a good idea, but i don't see how we can change it. The current National Debt scares me to death, but no one seems concerned. We can't go on like this indefinitely. Some day the government has to crash. Sooner or later we have to pay or declare bankruptcy. The only answer I would think of is if the government took over all the industries producing war materials and used the profits toward the debt. But,that would probably be ran buy politically appointed bureaucrats and would end up costing us more money through corruption. Very good idea and question.

If Cheney is on Yahoo I am sure you will hear from him. Also are you aware that anyone who drives a SUV is supporting the Oil companies profits? The Saudi King is not stupid. Most Arab oil countries love the new found income they use it to buy arms.
This question is a joke right? Surly No one would want to profit from the death of over 300,000 civilians in Iraq and from the 2739 dead Americans and the over 30,000 wounded Americans.
BTw, do you own any stock in Defense Contractors, I don't. I just read that Halliburton is a good buy for big profits.

Because our kids are dying over there. When you go to a funeral home and see a mass of painted over flesh what used to be your son's face, and you can still see the wounds, it kinda doesn't make sense to say, "well at least I profitted from his death."

The best was to keep the war debt down is not to be in the damn war in the first place. I know, some of you clowns are going to start your "liberal" mantra, but before you do, consider what Sun Tzu said thousands of years ago in the ART OF WAR:

"When you engage in actual fighting, if victory is long in coming, then men's weapons will grow dull and their ardor will be damped. If you lay siege to a town, you will exhaust your strength. the resources of the State will not be equal to the strain. when your weapons are dulled, your ardor damped, your strength exhausted and your treasure spent, other chieftains will spring up to take advantage of your extremity. Then no man, however wise, will be able to avert the consequences that must ensue. Thus, though we have heard of stupid haste in war, cleverness has never been seen associated with long delays."

In other words. fighting a protracted war with no end game is sheer stupidity.

There already are people who are profiting from wars we are in. Why would they share the profit when they don't have to? After all, these people worked very hard for several decades to get into this position. Consider, they are using the tax-payers children to fight the wars for them. These are not people who are inclined to do what is best for society, they are only interested in that profit you are jealous of. Maybe that's why they have it and you don't. Don't fret, the same worms that are going to eat you are going to eat them.

Mmmmmm .... how can you profit from this illegal war? Tasteful question.
Howsabout opening a business selling body bags to the families of the thousands of Iraqi people that Bush's coalition forces have killed? I'm sure that will go down a storm in Bagdhad.

Why not run a lottery based upon the age of the next person in Iraq to blow himself up. We know it is going to continue because the fools actually belief they will earn 72 virgins after they are reassembled in heaven, so we should have a continuing supply of exploding idiots to bet on.
