If the prophecy was right, probably not physical handsomeness:
"For he grew up before him like a young plant,
and like a root out of dry ground;
he had no form or comeliness that we should look at him,
and no beauty that we should desire him. " (Isaiah 53:2)
...but true beauty is not reflected in physical form. The transfigured Christ, the one St. Peter and St. John saw on the mountaintop, was probably beautiful beyond beauty.

He was most likely rather ordinary looking. He looked like any other Jewish man of the time. I'm sure some may have considered Him handsome and others not just as with any man today.

Depends on who you might have asked at the time he lived.But I doubt even then that most people would have cared since he was a teacher, Rabbi, and Messiah and not a model or playboy.
