How about not trying to seduce her and try and make a real relationship with her hmm? Trying to seduce her involves you lying and fabricating something about yourself so she then thinks you are hot. Bit of advice, don't start off a relationship by lying, just a tip eh. How about you do what every other person has to do and talk to the person, find out about them and then find out if she is suitable.
For her first date I would hate her to go out with a fraud who is only out to seduce girls to see what he can get out of it. You either do it right or don't bother at all.

dont seduce her just start a normal relation , talk to her be nice and watch her eyes languge

if she is interested then simply ask her out. if all your looking for is a quickie then think twice! not only is it bad for a working environment but all the women will know what your all about and you get the short end of the stick.
