Is shesha bad for you?

cause some one told me that shesha is just plants and herbs

Hemlock is just a plant too. Just because something is a plant or a herb doesn't make it safe.

shisha is the worst thing ever, one shisha = 10 or more ciggs, it doesnt even have filters, so that brown liquid goes straight to ur lungs.
its ok if u smoke it occasionaly but not many times, because i know the good feeling of smoking it;)
