Only if it is already over - processed from previous coloring or chemical treatments. Follow with a deep conditioning treatment, no matter what.

putting colour in hair does not make it break
breakage accurs when u dont use proper shampoo and conditioner for hair if ur hair is dry by using harsh product like alchohol base get in hair that breaks it and by over processing the hair

Only when overdone. Like, if you keep dying your hiar, it will dry out and break. But, if you do it only once, it wont get TOO dried out unless you already have dry hair. I like to use Aussie 3-minute-miracle (under $3) to make my colored hair look stronger and break less.

coluring does not affect the hair at all , how ever it depends to a great extent on the type of chemical used in the colour.

No, but don't apply it any more often than once a month. Use a good conditioner after every shampoo.
