If a guy looks at you he is either horny for you, or he wants you to smile back so he go up to you and talk to you!
If a guy ask you for your number he wants to date you! He does not want a friend, he just wants to go out with you.
If you don't want to give somebody your number than don't ... tell them you don't want to give them your number, or just give them a fake one ... I always remember the number from a television commercial and give them that business number!

yes it means they like you your probably very attractive,to bad you dont have any brains though,you might want to work on rounding the whole package out if you want a guy to stay around
