Everyone took the words right out of my mouth...LOL...The best way is to not do drugs at all.
However, if it's weed in your system-and we are talking about a urine test-there are a couple of ways to hide it: 1) abstain from smoking at least 30 days and drink plenty of water 2)Abstain from smoking at least 2 days and go buy any kind of 'quick flush' liquids-it looks like cherry Kool-Aid and they sell it at most health food stores, but its expensive-about $22 for enough for one drug test-the directions are on the bottle. 3) don't abstain from smoking at all and use someone's urine who is drug free, hide it in a small bottle and immerse the bottle in hot water. Right before you leave your house, wrap it in a washcloth and hide it in your undies(the hot water and cloth wrap is to keep the urine at a temp of about 100 degrees since that's the first thing the lab tests for)-don't forget to pour a little in the toilet, so it looks like you really peed-some places actually don't let you flush the toilet when you're done until a lab tech comes in to check if there's urine in the toilet. BTW this last method only works if the lab tech does not follow you into the bathroom.
These methods only work for urine tests! If its for a blood test-there is no way except to abstain from smoking at least 6 months. If its a hair test-stop smoking at least 1 year...If its that stupid eye exam-well just don't smoke the day you go in for the test-that's all...

Thats pretty much it. Dont do drugs. the tests now can detect anything you take to mask the drugs in urine/blood. If those compounds show up its essentially the same is failing a drug test.
