2-bendect say bad things about ISLAM ,,,also for no reason!!!
3-bush say that he is fighting a crusade war against Muslims,not against terrorism!!!

Why all that is happening,and when MUSLIMS react to these stupid actions ,they start blaming Muslims instead of blaming who started the problem !!!
r they scared from ISLAM cause thousands of ppl enter ISLAM every year ?but they enter ISLAM wiling,and no body was forced to do it

You must remember that Bush is very inarticulate and liable to chose the wrong word for what he wants to say. Thus his use of the word "Crusade". He never said, or implied, that he was fighting this "Crusade" against Muslims, simply against terrorism. You may think him wrong in both his actions and his motives however to attribute action against Islam per se is a gross distortion of his motives (enough of a distortion for me to approach, but not quite get to, calling it a "lie").

I would let this comment slide if it were not for your other assertion that "bendect say bad things about ISLAM". No he did not, you should read the speach, the assertion is simply untrue. You either make the assertion without establishing your facts or dishonestly.

So we have two, perhaps deliberate, misreadings of peoples comments.

Let us turn to the cartoons in the Danish newspaper. There was a reason that they published them. The reason was an assertion by the newspaper that the Islamic world is "oversensitive" about any comments made. (I would have thought that your points 2 and 3 would have confirmed this). The newspaper was concerned that people were holding back on criticism of Islam for fear of violent reprisals. The proposition was "look, these people are totally intolerant, if we published some pictures they'd go completely mad". I think the reaction to the pictures proves their point.

The point is also proved by the Iranian publication of cartoons about the holocaust. The Iranians were trying to show that there are issues for the West that are "sacred" and that the West would react in the same way as Islam reacted to the cartoons. They were correct in predicting that the West did not like the cartoons and would react: there were some pretty stiff words spoken about it!. However the West did not riot, did not kill and did not burn down embassies as a result of the holocaust cartoons. Its pretty well established that the West does not react to dissenting voices the way that Islam reacts.

Why do we blame Muslims? Because it was a Muslim (in the name of Islam) who called for the murder of Salaman Rushdie. Because it was a Muslim (in the name of Islam) who shot Van Gogh for daring to comment, because it was Muslims (in the name of Islam) who burnt down the embassy, it was Muslims (in the name of Islam) who flew into the twin towers, it was Muslims (in the name of Islam) who blew themselves up on the London Underground.

Are we scared of Islam? Of course we are, that is because people are trying to kill me in the name of Islam. It is because people are trying to force me, in the guise of "respect", to curtail my actions in order to follow some aspects of the Islamic faith. It is because Islam seeks to set itself as having special privileges, to be immune from discussion and criticism.

Forget the conspiracy theory. There are not a load of Non-Muslims going around trying to stir up hatred against Muslims. I do not hate Islam and there is no one (at least no one I would listen to) enjoining me to develop a hatred of Islam. I am becoming increasingly anti-Islamic, but that is not a result of a conspiracy of non-Muslims, its a direct result of the actions of Muslims themselves.

Islam needs to sort itself out.

iam a muslim . i know alot of danish people whom are very freindly and iam not against the danish people iam just against the news paper for what it did and iam against the danish government for claiming that this is a freedom of speech ( while it was very offensive) and they only apologized later on beacause islamic countries starting campaigns to boycott danish products which affected the danish economy in a bad way . i was against the pope when he said offensive things concerning islam . but he apologized later and he admitted his mistake without claiming its a freedom of speech
