the seeds are treated so that when they grow they don't produce seeds in the grapes.. if they weren't treated the grapes wouldn't be seedless... So they are reproduced from the same seeds with those with seeds, too... :)

They don't. The root and the base of the plant belong to a seeding one, the top half, belonging to the seedless one, is grafted on.

By the actual part that the grape holds on to. It works. Just throw it in dirt and in a few months you'll have the beginning of a vine.
