Diet plays a big part in this but also it can be caused by drinking things like beer or soda. If you drink a lot of beer you will have what are called "Lager bombs" and they are unbelieveable. You must never do that in elevators or seroplanes or cars. People must be able to escape, as it is the worst thing on the planet. It is caused by food or beer rotting in the gut and stomach, causing gas like methane to be produced and when it expels it, you need to be away from other people.
