I would do it only if it was cheap. Can I send them to any doctor overseas online who does it for less ?

Do you really want to value the opinion of a physician who will do it "for cheap?"

Call your insurance company and speak to a patient advocate. You might be surprised -- your insurance company may cover costs incurred with obtaining a second opinion. (Or, if you do not have insurance, speak to a patient advocate at the facility where you had your last MRIs done. There are facilities that will help you with medical care even if you do not have insurance.)

I would imagine that most radiologists would prefer to give an opinion based on their own findings, not a set of films from another place -- especially another country.
