We've seen people kill, destruct and damage for the sake of religion. What should be the limit?

I will not go one step for religion but I will go all the way for my LORD Jesus Christ.

IF we really know GOD, they we will not kill or destroy anything to force them to believe as we do. Actually we would be willing to give our life for another, not take one.

Last week a 13 year old Amish girl showed what it means to serve a living GOD when she asked to be the first one shot hoping others would be spared.

Greater love has no man then this, that he lay down his life for a friend. This girl did just that!

The religious doctrines are inherently formulated in such a way that they invite a conflict betwen each other. This is because they were not written by God, but by political institutions that may have called themselves a "church".

If people stripped each religion of the political wrapper into which any knowledge about God is submerged, there would be a much better understanding between people from different parts of the world.

The wrongdoings under the banner of religion will stop when people adopt a belief about God and the Universe that contains the Truth, and nothing but the Truth.

You may click on "Rational Spirituality" on the Dhaxem website to get a new view of God and the Universe, and of our place in it.

This belief is growing, and when all people read and internalise it, then fighting in the name of religion will stop.

I can wave my hands right, left, up and down as I like because the hands are mine and I, only I, will take the pain to do so.

But if somebody comes across the way, I should stop it and make way for the comer because his right not to get hurt by my action is no less important as my right to do all these nonsense with my hands.

The Kingdom of Heaven is coming on this earth when everyone understands one's limitation and complies with it.

The limit should be something called freedom of religion. You should stop an inch before you limit or restrict anybody else's right to practise their religion or their lack of religion freely.

For example, if I have to die, because I'm not your religion, then I don't have freedom of religion. But also if I have to submit myself to legislation inspired in religious values, like the law banning abortion or gay marriage.

The limit should be set in the words we say to each other. That's where all the problems start. If people could think before they speak to each other, that's about 90% of it right there. lol! Peace.

Anyone who dose these things are false in any religion.

For the Christians I have started a group to put a stop to all this fighting and arguing from our end.

Thank you and God bless you for your question, we are working to correct the problem and it is obviously long over due.

The limit is anything that doesn't conform to basic common sense-if your beliefs aren't logically sound then they aren't worth jack sh!t.

I think it's time to stop and think about things when your actions can potentially hurt someone.
Just an opinion.

People should just keep their beleifs to themselves and respect outhers. If you dont do that then your really not true to your religion. plus you have low self esteam and have such little faith in your beleifs that you feel the need to prove yourself.
