There is not exact translation.
The most aproximate is "I love you". But this is a bit deeper.

Te quiero. Direct translation is: "I want you"
But it really means "I love you," just an alternative way of saying "Te amo," which really translates directly to "I love you"

te is a form of "you" Quiero means "want"
