YES! Guys, whether they are shy or not, love when the girl makes the first move!!!!!!! Any guuy gets nervous about making the first move, whether they act like it or not! Go on! Make the move and good luck!!!!!!!

I would probably like it if I like the girl so that I know she is interested. The most they tend to do is come up and introduce themselves and it's probably just reaching out as a person.
