i've steadily dated this guy for 4months but he got jealous with my girlfriends so he decided to just 'dump' me. i've moved on and its been more than a month since the dumping happened and for the past month, i can't understand why he's now befriending the people close to me (we work in the same building so we see each other practically every day). he asks my friends how i was doing and all and he also tell my friends that he's now seeing another girl, etc...do you think he still feels something for me? or he's just being bitter about what happened between us?

I think he is being nice when asking how you are but he doesn't want to ask you since he is in another dating relationship. He probably cares about you as a person but nothing more. Don't think about it too much, it will only leave you leaving the door open to rekindle the relationship and that never works out. Good luck.

He's befriending people to make friends. He's asking about you because you are an important person. He tells them he's seeing another girl to make sure they don't misunderstand and think he's asking about you because he is trying to make you his girlfriend again. Yes, I think he still feels something for you. No sign of bitterness in what you wrote. Girls talk too much.
