I was at a party that my a guy I kind of knew invited me to. When I went there, he and his friends offered me a beer and I took it, wanting to be polite. Later I found that they had slipped Ecstasy into it. Pretty soon I was sitting on this guys la[/ Then he and 5 other guys look off all my clothes, dragged me ino the bedroom and raped me. Then another guy raped me. One guy didn't wear a condom and ejaculated all over my viginal area. After that he carried me into the kitchen and put a beer bottle inside of me, and took pictures.

Wow!!!! Nearly everyone missed the part about this being a "fictional" story. Guess we read/see only what we want to. However, you are so right in saying that this could very well happen to anyone. Always get your own drink and make sure you open it yourself. If you need the restroom either take it with you or be prepared to dump it down the sink when you come back. Bottom line is that you are responsible for you. Good story. Hope it opens some eyes.

Having been a victim of sexual misconduct I can tell you first-hand how humiliating it is.
First, youre subjected to the act in the first place. Then you go to report it and they have to poke you and prod you and peer and touch in places that at that very moment you wish were no longer even a part of your body. You have to be photographed, they take your clothes as evidence and as I said before they do a physical exam (this is the poking and prodding, they have to get evidence). So you are humiliated not once but twice! By the time you get home all you want to do is wash away the feeling that you are filthy and no longer lovable.
So as an answer for what to do if you are raped..... GO TO THE POLICE!! Yes you will have to live through the hell of an exam, but at least you might get a shot at justice for your troubles.
BTW I think you mixed up the drugs in your scenario.... the drugs that would have been used would have been GHB, rohypnol, or ketamine (otherwise known as date rape drugs) because they are the ones that disable the victim enough to make them an easy target (and many times even erase memory of the event) Ecstasy is said to give an EXCEEDINGLY unreal feeling of love. Not a loss of control. I am only writing what I have read though since I havent had any first-hand experience with any of these drugs.

Honey, you schould retain a Lawyer. And then u can sue the animals
for a lot of money. Also put them in jail if you wan't to, this proves to me

Here is the best thing for all of us to keep well in mind. Never take any drinks from others at parties under any circumstances, especially strangers. Always get your own drink and never put it down anywhere until it is finished. There are too many stories around about spiking drinks, date rape, etc and we must all be extremely cautious and stay alert at all times. Unfortunately, that is just the world we live in these days.

Well, I guess politeness is officially out of the question.
For all young people: Do not accept a drink unless you know its source is pure and unadultered. A beer that has not been opened, for instance. If there is any doubt, do not drink it. Accept it if you must. Pretend to drink it if you must. (maybe dump a little at a time down the sink if you really need to keep appearances up.) But, remember, your safety and your life is at stake.

which is why you drink with guys you KNOW and not kind of knew, or drink with a group of girls, its always better that way, knowing a guy that is even remotely associated with doing drugs all the time is not the way to go, go to friends party not strangers if u are going to drink. OBSERVE YOUR SURROUNDINGS and you wont get raped, and if a guy does rape u without any kind of drugs, u call the cops on his *** so he can get 5-20 years in prison.

You should go straight to the police station and have those bastards pay for what they did to you. No mercy. C'mon whatcha waitin for? Get up and go to the police station. Do your parents know about this? If not, tell them, they'll be there for you. And they'll take you to the police station. If it hasn't been 72 hours, and you think you might be pregnant, you can still take the emergency pill. Ask a doctor and go to the police station, ok?

Go to the police. Whats so hard about having that answer. Wouldn't that person want to get as even as they can, anyway possible? If it were my daughter, I'd want her to come to me. I would handle it but first through police.

what you typed is a common scenario,, one that i personally stopped before it happened, that girl was lucky many arent,, be a good woman and warn every girl about the dangers they mostly ignore
