Maybe it is your wee that smells like sugar puffs!! Sugar puffs are just carmeluized puffs of wheat. Thats funny, I have thought so to. Maybe it is the fibre thing. Like asparagus, it is loaded with fibre and it makes it smell like sugar puffs too.

Sugar Puffs, like almost all commercial cereals on the market today, contains almost NOTHING of any food value to your body, just poisonous white refined sugars and empty carbohydrates.
There is almost NO vitamins, NO minerals, almost no nutrition at all. Therefore almost all of it is processed by your body as "waste" and flushed out. That's why the smell, almost nothing of the cereal has been retained by the body. It is the same phenomenon why your urine changes color and smells so strongly when you eat too much sugar........

candy smelling wee is a demonstration of the two dehydration or diabetes. not something to do with what you eat. in the adventure that your wee is stinky and vivid yellow i could advise you drink countless water and if it keeps get tp your medical doctors asap and ask for a urine try. in spite of if it is dehydration i discover that a pair of sachets of dioralyte is a a million.5 ltr bottle of water is a huge way of having the bodys stability lower back to good stages, its a pair fo pence interior the chemist, its for toddlers with vomiting or diorreah and is formulated to replace the salts and electrolyte stages lost by using dehydration. wish this facilitates, yet save a watch on it it is a serious warning call for something you should get regarded after.

At last! Someone with the courage to ask this question - I thought it was just me! I haven't eaten them for years and nothing else had ever had the same effect, so I guess it must just be the combination of whatever they do to the wheat to puff it, and the honey.

it's the honey, some food can make your wee smell and some can even make red, blue and others.

Ok...I will admit I have wondered myself....lol...
I have asked my Kids' Dr. since they eat them alot.....I was told it was the wheat in the cereal that causes that....no other explanation....either he was just saying that to keep me from asking further....or he didnt know himself.....lol...
Good question though....
