the same thing that makes people straight.
they know from an early age that they are gay.
we are all different its just the way it is.
you can not turn any one gay just like you can not turn a straight person gay.

No body knows. My husband found out he was when he was a teen. My daughter was 20. Her lover says she always knew, from the time she was very young. My husband's lover says he knew from the time he was about 10. But all of them agree they don"t know why and when I was asked why am I straight, I had to say I don't know either. OH EDINA I LOVE YOUR ANSWER.

people say they're born that way but you don't see any other creature in nature jumping the fence. I personally think you get attracted to the same sex when you feel that you personally have a specific flaw, then you notice how a person of the same sex doesn't have that flaw and you get attracted to them. That's just a theory though. I think people have the ability to make their own choice in life (unless you're one of those people born with both genitals and the Doc cut off the wrong one).
