i have problem with sound??

when i try 2 listen to music or 2 try 2 play a game
an error comes up about sound
i can hear nothing 4rm my headphones how can i fix please help??

like in dis game i play its says dat a problem occured intializing MCI and another 1 says audio int failed
also when i plug in my earphones i still cant hear nothing...please help??
