Out of these fighters: Oscar De la Hoya, Shane Mosely, Antonio Margarito, or Ricky Hatton? (assuming Floyd gets past Baldomir next month).

Pancho ~
In my opinion, Floyd would be knocked out against both De La Hoya and Margarito. Who has Floyd fought that he starts to compare himself to Ray Robinson and Ali? He fought a very beat up fighter in Gatti and a very onerrated fighter in Judah whose ego and mouth were right up the with Floyd's but other than that, he did not belong in the ring with Mayweather. Floyd will tell anyone who will listen "I'm Great"
Floyd turned down 8 million dollars to fight Antonio Margarito that's 6 million more than he's getting to face Baldomir. Floyd's reasoning for this is because "He wants to collect belts" yeah, it doesn't make sense to me either.
There's been talk about him fighting De La Hoya sometime in 2025 (joke) that will be the only time Floyd would be able to beat Oscar when he's an old man.
There is a reason I write to you that De La Hoya and Margarito will beat Floyd. Floyd has the same style the his Uncle Roger did except that in my opinion, Floyd is much, much faster. Floyd tucks his head into his left shoulder drops his left arm, puts the majority of his weight on his rear foot (right) a rolls with the punch. This style is made for body punchers especially the left hook. Oscar is a converted southpaw and all of his power is basically in his left hand, Margarito is a pure body puncher and has a devestating left hook to th liver. Floyds Uncle Roger even knows this, that is why they're are staying away from these two fighters, Roger his having flashbacks of his fight against Julio Cesar Chavez.
I would love to see Baldomir shut Floyds mouth by knocking him out, but he's too slow and doesn't have the power to do it. Floyd will finally be shut up when if ever, he fights Maragarito or De La Hoya.

Oscar would have the best chance because of his size and skills but I would give the edge to Floyd. 2 fast, great foot work, and superior defense. Floyd will dominate Baldomir next month.

I think Antonio Margarito has the best chance but I really don't think any of those fighters will beat him. He's way too fast, clever, hard punching, and hard to hit cleanly. Maybe when he gets a little older and slower someone will beat him but not now.

I can't add anything to Satana's answer he is correct in every facet and his analysis of Floyd's fighting style is right on point. I would add that Mosley could beat him also, but could he make the weight to fight Floyd? I would pose the same question in reference to De La Hoya. I believe strongly that Floyd would insist that these possible bouts happen at welterweight. The reason? Due to his recent rash of excuses as to why he won't fight certain fighters.

The guy who beats Mayweather hasn't even turned pro yet. Floyd doesn't have any serious challenge out their right now. When he loses (if he doesn't retire first) its gonna be to a young, hungry, up and coming kid (probably an Olympic medal winner).
