Instead of eating small things many times a day, try to eat 3-4 big meals, with some small stuff in between. I notice a lot of people who claim to eat a lot and don't gain any weight actually don't eat a lot, they just think they do. A lot is 3 big meals, about 5-6 "snacks" a day, which would equal somewhere around 5000 calories. I would recommend you go to the gym though, instead of gain all fat, you can gain muscle and look ripped.

You don't reveal any factors to determine how much weight would be required to reach a normal level for your particular body type.Depending on what you are eating would become an important factor.. You may benefit from adding papaya (fruit or pills) when you are eating proteins. If you are a true endomorphic body type, you will need some additional help for as much assimilation of nutrients as possible. There is usually a very short intestine in this body type and the absorption is limited as the nutrients are moving thru too fast, to allow complete absorption.

It depends in large part what you eat. If you ate salads all day you would likely stay pretty thin. You need to calculate your caliories needs and eat more.

However, inability to gain weight can signal a medical condition, so a good physical is a really good idea. For example, an overactive thyroid gland can make weight gain very difficult.

I have the same problem!
I put on 10lbs by exercising and eating 30g of protein every 3hrs, and eat straight after you finish training.

30g isn't heaps, just a little can of tuna and 2 slices of brown bread, or wholemeal pasta and some milk.

I would avoid taking drugs or supplements. Just think carefully about what you are eating and how much exercise you are doing.

Donuts. I was always scrawny till I got a job making donuts. I hate donuts, except when they first come out of the fryer. I've gained 10 pounds in 3 months.
