no way, you'll hurt yourself. Maybe 5kg at the most but 10 is a lot to loose in 10 days, don't try it please.

Best bet is to go on a 1,000 cal a day diet, at least eight glasses of water and plenty of exercise. I'm on one now and lose approximately 1 pound a day. Also make sure to include at least 1 apple daily and a good multi-vitamin. Don't do this too long. It can ruin your health.

dont starve your self... drink fat free milk about 2 glasses a day... not pop kool-aid nothing like that not even if its sugar or fat free because its just empty cal. that take up room and make you GAIN weight... so0o eat everything fresh no fast food!!!! nothing fried or greasy. no junk food drink allot of water!!!!!!!!!! exercise about 30 min everyday... dont exercise the same part each day because tiny fibers in you muscles break win you exercis.. so0o if you work the same thing ever day theyer not goin to have enought time 2 repair themselves causing allot of damage! strech out and relax make some ou time .... get more sleep .... i did this for about 2 weeks and i los about 10-12 pounds so hope it helps you... good luck

Drink water by the gallon, try to walk at least 40 min. a day. 20 in the morning, 20 in the evening. One good tip: eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a pauper.

No soda, cut all sugars, and limit bread and pasta consumption (cut in half). Go walking for an 45 min. a day (swift pace). Meals should mainly be protien (chicken,fish,eggs,beef). Don't eat before bed. Stop eating 4 hours before you go to sleep.
Drink plenty of water.

Outside of dehydrating yourself and starving as well, it is unlikely you can lose that much weight in 10 days. It is neither safe nor realistic.
The only way you can do this is likely with liposuction.
