can one achieve yog in kalyug?

Yoga is the biggest gift of Hindus to the world
Yoga can be divided into 2 parts
One is Hathaa Yoga which is mainly to keep body fit
Second is Raja Yoga which actually deals with the Mind
Sage Patanjali said"Yogashch..vritti niruddham" When thought waves stop, Yoga starts
We are busy with thought waves, hence we do not explore the divinity in us....by Raja Yoga one can control the vrittis and finally become thoughtless...so that our mind starts exploring itself
We have lot of research books on Yoga..and it is being done by many people
Raja Yoga is difficult in kaliyuga...but it is not impossible

Yog means union with god . Yes one can achieve yog in Kalyug. One of the very best example is Osho.

There are three types of Yog through which one can attain Bhagvaan. Gyaan Yog, Karm Yog, and Bhakti Yog. There is one Yog Saadhanaa also to attain Brahm.

"yog" means action... any kriya is 'yog'.
In particular the word is used with "action" with concentration...
Yog is also used to mean "chance"
It is not very clear what yoy mean by acheivable or not...
But undoubtedly the first step to a journey of 10,000 steps have to begin with the first step and from wherever you are right now. Also assuming that it is not attainable but surely the "sanskar"(characteristics by birth) they attach with you aatma(soul) will help you in your re-birth.
