a person who has strong "how" will always have a job and one who has strong "why" will always be his/her own boss.?

try to look more profeessional even if you're not .
you must have a good resume, curriculum vitae ,post your resume in the jobsearch sites of big portals which you can find in google search engine ,

you gotta have good networking within the industry/profession you specialize ,dress well ,prepare well for the interview ,enhance your skills ,take training , focus on your good quality,

for preparing a resume a good one go to the best sites by serching it in search engines preferrably google.

you should be desperate for a job and should have a positive frame of mind

The degree of difficulties depends upon your qualification and the local demand for the qualification you have.

If you are in india and an experienced SW programmer, you can get several offers just like that.

If you just want something that is entry level jobs in US, it may be difficult.
