"Indian culture", Ask yourself what is the American culture, before you even ask what "culture" an American is following. America is a BIG PLACE, different races, religions, cultures, languages, and THEY ARE ALL AMERICANS. What should they follow ONLY a particular culture?.

being reservation raised,100%Lakota,I don't see it anywhere around me.
I do however believe that this younger generation is more honest about life and chosing right from wrong comes easiler for them. They are the first generation to admit the mistakes of their ancestors past and with heart they do not want to repeat those mistakes.
So in a way they kinda do follow some parts of the culture,by believing that we are all brothers and can co-exsist peacefully.
you are talking am.indian and not india?
