Hey, I'm one of the shy nice ones and I never used a single one of my bfs. I would like to think they are few and far between and I'm sorry any have used you or any guy. It's about security and maturity.

Women use the shy nice ones because the shy nice guys have no backbone or courage to say no when need to be. The shy nice guys are easy prey for women who will use a man for her own benefit and not give anything in return.
Look, there is nothing wrong with being nice to a woman. Be the most wonderful man in her life. On the same token, don't be afraid to walk away from a relationship with one, when she is being cold, cruel, disrespectful, or your self-dignity is being conflicted.
Nice guys do not finish last. Nice guys with no stones do.

well from experience.
It's their nature to use the good decent guys and "screw" the bad ones who treat them like door mats...
I've gotten tired of it in my 23 years... so the first thing I do is learn incriminating evidence and if they try anything of the sort, well I get payback or remind them I know something that will truely get them in trouble (w/law or other areas).
I know it sounds bad to say that but honestly I've been used so many times (how about everytime!) I don't know why! and I wish they'd just leave people alone if all they want is to get something out of you.
They see the decent guys as people they can get something from with no disputes so they use them and then try to change the "bad boys" into the person like you except not to use them to say "I accomplished something" when it was right in front of them all along.

Sometimes, everybody is always looking for a better deal. You may be too.
Enjoy yourself, but do not get anyone pregnant. You will be paying child support for the rest of your life. It is a nightmare.

women dont use...its always the guy that starts it...ya ive been used and it was my 1st love...kinda did disencourage me towards others
