He's an idiot, because a situation like that can only create drama. He is just trying to check up on you, in my opinion.

I do not think it means any thing. Probably he has been used to this area and hence bought a condo in this locality.
U should know better the reason for his contacting u based on what he communicates.

he wants to eat more that he can chew. basically he still wants you if he didnt he wouldnt still be talking to you still and he wouldnt have wanted to live any where near you. you should try your best to ignore him or just be friends with him since he is married.
