For fatigue or eyestrain, try to rest your eyes. No treatment is necessary.
If you have conjunctivitis (commonly called "pinkeye", is an inflammation of the conjunctiva (the outermost layer of the eye and the inner surface of the eyelids), often due to infection):
Avoid touching the infected eye and then rubbing the other eye -- the infection can spread from one eye to the other.
Apply cool or warm compresses throughout the day.
Over-the-counter homeopathic eye drops may provide relief.
Do not use eye makeup or wear contact lenses until the infection has cleared. Throw away items like these that you used in your infected eye.
Wash your hands frequently.

Try getting 2 slices of a fresh potato and put one on each eye for about 15 min! They slices will be cold at first but after a bit they wont anymore. Once you feel them getting warm flip them to the other side and it will be cold again! Do that for 15-20 min and the redness should go away! Good Luck!

?- have u shared makeup or r u sharing makeup with somebody else presently? if u have u would desire 2 pass 2 the docter. u ought to the two have crimson eye or have what they call a stye. its an infection u can get by potential of sharing makeup with persons. in the beginning up they're in basic terms truly small small dots that u get on ur lash lines yet while u dont get them checked that would get contaminated and unfold wich would reason inflammation and redness. If ur eyes have tremendously plenty continuously been like that or u havent shared make up with any a million else presently, if u can u would desire to get the two powdered mac concealer or powdered bare minerals concealer. i think of u can get the two one in each of those products a shop named Sephora. Hres an estimate of the charges- mac- 35-50$- concealer- powdered bare minerals-25-40$- concealer- powdered Tip- placed some ice on it each 30min. 4 10-15 min. (reduces swelling) A teabag dipped in heated lemon juice would help besides.

Dont overwork your eyes... try sleeping at least 8 to 5 hours a day. If your eyes are very itchy and red as well as uncontrollable tears are coming out of it, it could be infected and you should ask a doctor for medications... Otherwise, just take a rest, do not abuse your body too much...

Use Artificial Tears. They help to refresh the eyes and rewet the eyes. When you watch the TV or the Comp screen, you don't blink as often as you need to and the Art. Tears will help. Whatever you do, don't use Visine or any other "Get the Red Out" drop. These drops can cause your eyes to get "addicted" to them and can make your eyes even more red.

Lie down in a darkened room with pads soaked in witch-hazel on your closed eyes for 20 minutes. That should freshen them.
