If you dont eat you will lose weight but NOT AT ALL recommended, you are depriving your body of the nutrients that you need. Not to mention your hair will fall out by the handful and once you begin to eat again you will gain your weight back and then some. Go on a diet, excercise, so much healthier.

while i am not encouraging you to do this, i feel i should mention that it is unlikely you will die or even suffer any long-lasting ill effects from a week of fasting. fasts are quite common in many cultures, and rarely result in death unless you try to do too much physically, do not drink enough water, or are already in a weakened condition.
that said, how much weight you could lose depends on your current weight and BMI (body mass index). my bmi is around 18.6; if i didn't eat for a week i would likely lose around 10 pounds. if your bmi is higher, you might lose more weight; lower and you might lose less.
however, this is a very ineffective and painful way to lose weight. it is extremely difficult to fast for a week, and most likely you will break after a few days from simple starvation, and could do yourself great damage when you begin eating again. as soon as you begin to eat again the weight will return, and much of it will be stored as fat because your body has gone into starvation mode.

hi!first of all it's our body needs balance diet to be healthy and to feel healthy.Not eating is never a good advice for losing weight. but as an answer to your question, yes. you will lose weight faster but also lose energy at the same time.and it can also makes you look older and dry....wants to lose weight mail me at feelsexy_behealthy@yahoo.com

starvation is not a good way to lose weight, it's better if you eat healthy foods and exercise... avoid fatty foods and high calorie one, enjoy eating fruits and drink a lot of water, avoid cola...

No matter how much you lost, you would put it back on, plus more, when you started eating again.
Your body goes into starvation mode, so it's triggered to store fat and your metabolism slows down.

well after you pass out everytime you get up and try to do something, when you did go back tp eating, youd gain twice as much as you did before.
