In MSN Chat rooms they do. But it will cost you. They started charging a service fee and that has kept the bots out.
Yahoo is still free and UN-Monitored so it is 99% bots.

Yahoo's chat site is totally useless, almost like this Q&A site is becomming because of all the abuses.

I don't know...they almost seem like a wasteland to me. I went into one a few months ago and no one was even talking. Just bizarre.

duh! nobody wants to, because they can just chat on their new shiny f***ing cell phone. no offense, if you have one. and what are bots? you mean like people who having a phone in their ear isn't enough for them, which are usually"mental blonds" or people that act stupid, then yeah.
