I would say forget the songs, just tell her straight. Go up to her and tell her that he is your man now, and you would like it a lot if she would just stay out of his life. If that doesn't work, tell your boyfriend to talk to her about it, I mean, once your relationship is over leave and get out of their lives. It's obvious that he doesn't want you around.
