find out who some of his friends were and give them a call.I'm sure his old buddies will just pour it on you.take them back in time,i guarantee they'll see him in your eyes.I'm sorry you lost him so young,I was in a similar situation,and when I met ol friends of my dad's they just couldn't believe I was his son,the memories they poured out are now some of my fondest memories even though I wasn't there to live them with him.
