I would presume it means you believe in one, and ONLY one, divine being. So, that means no Trinity if you're a Christian. Just the one God.
And any other religion that believes in one singular god.

Christianity, Judaism. We believe there is only One God to worship and praise. We understand the Godhead, there are some doctrines that insist that God is separate, some don't. Jews don't accept the Godhead doctrine. How do you define strict monotheism?

Strict monotheism is to believe in only one God who revealed Himself to you disregarding prophets who always play the role of mediators between you and God and who put your believing in them as a precondition in believing in God as if they want tell you that God does not exist without believing in them. Thus all religions whose believers or followers claim heavenly are excluded from strict monotheism.
