Maricopa County's (Sheriff Joe Arpaio) Tent City. All of his deputies carry pink handcuffs, he feeds the inmates green bologna, makes them (the inmates) wear pink boxers, and puts them in a tent outside. But he puts stray dogs in the air conditioned jail. Now, I know that prison or jail shouldn't be a walk in the park, but that man is a dang fool! I've seen him on a couple of talk shows and news shows, and the reporters always laugh in his face.
