Ramadan al Mubarak means Happy Ramadan in Arabic. Ramadan is a Holy month for the Muslims.

However I do not know what 'Sahro' means, do you?

1st it is Shahro not sahro
Sharo =means month
Ramadan =is an occasion where all muslims around the world fast for a certain period during the day for a month and they try to be close from God by increasing prayers and making good things as helping poor people...
Mubarak =means blessing and of course it's blessing by GOD

The meaning is " The bless month of ramadan".

During Ramadan adult Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset.

if i'm reading it right "sahro" means "good"
and I think mubarak in this case means "festival"

It's like saying "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Hanukah"
