I wish I knew too. Some of it is so bad that you can't understand the question they are asking, like it is a secret code or in a dialect of English that they never taught in school. Maybe it's because they feel that computer users should know how to transcribe binary into text.

Public Schools education & watching TV are the reasons. Americans ,in general are known with bad grammer, spelling & talk with , " uknow..amm..soky..i waz like.." that was picked up from uneducated Hollywood (Stars ..so called). Also eating too much faty & unhealthy fast food can make you brain damaged .
