The line about Autumn passing with it's cigar, whistling... Imagine a man taking a leisurely stroll in the park. He has a cigar. He is taking his time, going at his own pace, whistling and enjoying himself, unaware of others around him.

Stretching your legs is something you do when you wake up. The moon is high in the sky, and mostly appears at night when you dream.

Wake up and come down from your dream land. Autumn is not waiting for you and will soon be winter.

Maybe? I don't know. Just a guess.

The only part i can make a comment about is the part about the cigar being the smoke from the chimneys. Maybe its saying that "siting in your house by the the fire place whistling to the song thats playin on your radio on an autumn night."

The stretch your legs part probably means enjoy the weather? I'm not sure. Autumn is passing with a cigar is probably Autumn passin with harsh weather. Whistling is the wind.

I think you need someone who is bilingual. I am almost certain that your problem is in translation. I cannot begin an attempt to analyze this poem for you because I have an idea that moon and cigar are not literal translations.

Wish I could be of more help. You might try your local college language professor.
