Simple...anything you enjoy eating as long as it is in moderation. Personally I stay away from fried foods...I think that the last time I ate a french fry was 10 years ago.

I turn 53 next week and I am 6 feet tall and weigh 178lbs. Exactly 4 pounds more than when I graduated from college in 1975.

Exercise and moderation in your diet. And no, I don't come from a family that that was always lean. My dad weighed over 250lbs @ 5' 10" when he died. His brother,my uncle was 5'11'' and weighed 325lbs.

All it takes is will power and commitment. That's the best advice I can give you. Think about it...how many of there wonder diets really ever work and they always show young health people as portrayed as how you can be like them.

I would suggest as much protein as you can get to stay lean and eat fruits and vegetables.

Vegtables...... anything with bright colors are great. Fish grilled and chicken baked

creatine & fruit juice. b-complex & fish oil small portions of all the food groups and often.

vodka and canned corn cleans out my sytem with a great result.
it's all veggie diet.

fish. steak, vegetables and salad, drink plenty of water.
