Make sure you are eating healthy - and also that you are interacting with friends and relatives. Your connections are important at this time, but don't always focus on your pregnancy when you are with them. Rest, drink water, juice and milk, and read good books.
the more you focus on your pregnacy (over and above the medical part) the more anxious you may become.

Bless you - I hope all goes well

Yoga and tai chi really do wonder, and they condition your body well for the birth. Breathe deep, take walks, and spend time alone with your thoughts.
I lost a baby midway, too, and now am 17 weeks. I do these things to calm me, as well as meditate on a healthy pregnancy. This may sound a little hippy, but it has helped, because when I center my thoughts on my body and my pregnancy, I am able to look into my heart where I know things are diferent this time.
Also, talk to someone who calms you anyway about your fears, just to get it off your chest. Don't indulge the fear, just talk about it to release it.

I appreciate this question because I know I will have major anxiety when I'm pregnant. I agree fully with the first answer. I wish you all the best in your pregnancy, and I hope you find lots of moments to relax and enjoy this special time.

Sleep as much as you can.

Shop - screw the luck thing, pregnancy is supposed to be FUN!

Eat - baby likes food

Hobby - sew for bebe, read baby books, scrapbook, watch hockey whatever you find fun

Put your feet up and chill. And have someone rub them :P

Talk to your doctor. He will put some of your mind at ease.

Fate is fate, blah blah blah. Take care of yourself and surround yourself with friends, love and fun.
