There is a guy at my school that I like a lot , Dylan. And I know he knows who I am and every now and then I try to talk to him but my friend, Nichole, always gets in the way! Like she'll start talking to him and it makes me look like I came with her but I really came to talk to him! I really don't think Nichole likes him because she is a helpless flirt but I really want to talk to him but I have to get a way for it to be just me and him! HOW???

Use the Bait and Switch method.
Find out who the flirt likes get her talking with him and then go talk to Dylan while she is distracted..Works every time..

Leave Nichole behind and approach Dylan alone. As long as you are around her it will always seem you are tagging alone, go up to him when you are Nichole free so that he can get to know you. Nichole may not be trying to do this, but in taking his attention away she is setting it up for him to like her. Give him the chance to know you and leave Nichole at home!

Does your friend know that you like Dylan? Leave her someplace else and go talk to Dylan.Or, you may try saying "hi" to him before she has the chance and start the conversation first.

it seems like the problem is your friend, so talk to her about it and see what her deal is. if she's a good friend she'll be like 'oh, sorry i didn't know you felt that way.... he's all yours" or something like that and then she'll be more understanding when you leave her behind and go with your guy to talk or go to the movies or whatever.
but if she really does like him too, well, i guess that's another question to post up.

i think you should ask him or one of his friends for is email adress or his phone number some how,
maybe talk to one of his friends to talk to him for you to up a time yous two can be alone
