You take #5 spunkis and put it in to the Foleyet then you connect the Foleyet to the gentem. The gentem is on the left lower corner of the windupm device. It has a red led light that will change green when it is connected. It is easy.

I never could, but my wife was a gymnast and could step over her tied wrists. She could also put one ankle behind her neck without using her hands but needed to use her hands to get the 2nd one behind her neck. (It made an interesting view - hehehe)
