Does anyone have a homemade, yummy, fool-proof marinade for tri-tip? Please don't say A-1 steak sauce or any other steak sauce. I'm looking for a homemade marinade that will make the tri-tip taste great and will "knock your socks off" so to speak.

I'm thinking of cooking tri-tip Sunday dinner, 10/08/06.

Thanks so much!

It is not safe to reuse marinade for dipping. No matter what you do to it. Next time when you make your marinade reserve some before putting the meat in it.
