I know what you're going through. I get hungry at night. And I can't go to sleep hungry! I'll be up all night! So I used to just eat whatever, and gained weight. The doctor helped me see what the problem was, and although I couldn't get rid of the hunger at night, I just replaced my other food with carrots and broccoli with a little low fat salad dressing for dipping. I find that if I cut and wash and pre pack the food I'm more likely to eat it. It's convenience, you know?
Wash up some grapes, a bowl of lettuce, and I do have a glass of milk also. It's somewhat filling. Just 8oz. Good luck, just keep the junk out of your house, and you'll be fine!

I feel your pain. It takes time, but you need to make a commitment to yourself to stop eating whenever you feel 'satisfied', instead of 'stuffed'.
I joined Weight Watchers for the second time about 6 months ago. I lost 20 pounds and my eating habits are definately changed. Recognizing what a 'serving' is really helped me. I started with only 1 serving, no matter how small that seemed to me and savored it. It took time, but even when I'm not counting points, I eat far less than I ever used to because I've learned to stop if I feel satisfied.

Just think about all the negatives of binging. Think about getting fat or getting sick or about the garbage you're eating. If you do binge, do it on fruit or veggies or something like that. At least it's healthier. Baby steps.

I know ppl tell u to stop eating so much...actually what u want to do is the complete opposite of that. Watch how much you eat at a time, lower your proportions(one portion is about the size of your hand when u make a fist)you need to eat snacks in between meals, that way when dinner comes your not so hungry that you eat 1/2 ur house. ex: breakfast: bowl of cereal. Snack: yogurt. Lunch:salad. snack: apple. dinner: one serving of chicken breast and rice. don't worry about packing on extra weight. as long as your eating, your body is burning calories.

First, you need to think about why you are bingeing and when are you doing it. People that binge have trouble expressing their emotions and feeling , they repress them so the bingeing compensates for that. So try to discover what triggers the bingeing. If you don´t want to get fat excersise.

try binging on things like grapes. They're are sweet and filling yet low
in cals. or try cooking something high in calories by the end you would be so grossed out by the things in it that you won't even want to eat it.

When I wake up in the morning
Sunshine's falling on my skin
And I call you up to tell you
What a happy mood I'm in
Feel the rhythm in my body
And sing is all I wanna do
I feel the day will bring me sunshine
for it's another day with you

why don't you just eat healthier things you won't feel bad about binging on...and remember your body will crave things (like sugar) because you need it...
