i have agreed with this guy to go over his house to have wine and make it out. We both know it is just a fling. Now that i start to regret. i like him but he doesnt like me at all. And i wish my first time would be with someone whom i love and loves me in returns. how should i tell him that i am not going his place anymore?

Just call him up and tell him I am still a virgin and I want my first time to be with the man I love. Since we both know your not the man I love. Thanks for the offer.....but no thanks.....have a nice day and hang up.. Believe me you will be happy that you did cause once you do it you can't get it back....And it would be so much more if you wait for the right person.....

You really need to jst tell him, straight forward. You never HAVE to have sex if you don't want. I'm sorry you made the decision to do this especially when it's your first time. You should probably refrain from making these kinds of promises in the future since you might end up in a situation hard to get out of. Don't be in a hurry to lose it, you only get this chance once, make it special.

Not sure from your question if you have gone over before or not...if you have.... when he calls and asks you to come over just say no... when he says why just tell him that you want to cool it for a while.
If you have not, be honest and tell him that you have decided that it wold not be a good idea

then hang up
dont let him put a guilt trip on you.
remember there is nothing you owe to anyone.
if he wants sex that bad he can use his hand.
