I used to date this guy who ran his own ad agency. At first I was really impressed with how well he ran his business and how successful he was. I quickly realized that his work was his first love and I came a very distant second. (That relationship quickly fizzled.) If you're dating a really busy person, make sure they know you're worth their time and effort or you'll find someone else who does!

This is my problem, except I am the busy person. I don't have time for a social life, and what little time I do have, I want to rest, or do something I have put off like cleaning the gutters or something. If you are really interested in this person, you need to show an interest in whatever is consuming his time. If he is self employed, like me, it would be awesome to have someone take an interest and want to help out. One day you and he could get the business to run itself, and you could have more time together. Just to express that desire to him, would mean so much.
