I come to the yahoo answers section to speak with Christians only. I am totally not interested in anything an atheist has to say. Not trying to be rude. It's just true. I am hear to lift up other Christians and interact with them.

When I read something like your question it distracts me from this and I end up spending time like I am now that would better be used mowing the lawn or speaking with other Christians on the forum. Having atheists and Christians both on this forum is totally and completely worthless. Nothing you have to say will change my faith in God. And nothing I have to say will change your disbelief. It's much like talking to a fence post.

So I would just LOVE it if Yahoo answers would create a Christians section so I wouldn't have to listen to profain and disrestpectful language about my God. And atheists would have fewer things that they will have to explain to God when indeed it is proven that God exists as they bow before Him in judgment. No brag. Just fact.

GOSH. This was such a waste of time.

I am a Christian and I come to Yahoo! Answers because I love people. Not just Christians, but all people, even those that do not have the same belief system as I do.

I must say I do not enjoy it when people put each other down. But there are some wonderful people here and I am seeking the truth because the knowledge of the truth brings freedom.

I'm so sick of this 'Us and Them' mentality. Yes I am Christian and you are Atheist but we are both still logical, intelligent humans. In an age of post-modernistic theology (My truth is my truth and your truth is your truth) it's ridiculous that there are still people walking around thinking that they have other people's answers for anything. I'm not talking about sugar coating all we say so as not to offend. I'm talking about voice your opinion when you have a medium, respect others right to do the same but expect that if your view is aggressive enough to insult another persons that there will be response.
NO one has the right to discriminate against anyone so I just want to take things less seriously, 'break bread' with whoever is nearby that's hungry and share a good laugh with those who have a sense of humour. The serious topics will still be there when we learn to overlook insults (which I would love to learn to do if anyone has any tips) but good on all of you who are able to talk without mindless insults - that includes those from both 'sides' who think they have the right to be self-centered.

you're asking why those with non secular differences do not get alongside. My pal, they not in any respect have and they not in any respect will. what percentage wars were fought over this same challenge? As Christians, we could continually understand to love our fellow guy regardless of their beliefs. you won't be able to whip someone into believing. If someone is waiting, they are going to seem for the files without us being overly assertive. we could continually open the door and in the journey that they pick to bypass thrugh it, it is going to likely be their determination. in the intervening time, keep in mind that others will believe what they pick no count number how we sense about it. in the journey that they pick to attack us, that's in elementary words words for now. in simple terms don't be the only doing the attacking. we are Christians and we do not do this. even with if i'm continually up for a good debate.

What truth? You believe there is no God...not a hard concept to grasp there. There is no evidence either way, so don't act like there is.

I guess the truth could entail Atheists overwhelming urge to question and bash only Christianity, ignoring all the other religions...

Sadly, they did come here to help and to learn from other Christians but unfortunately Christians are looking to other forums that lead intelligent discussion and respect for others. Christians only seek the truth from those who they have in common with.

The Truth....

If you are an atheist, then THAT is YOUR truth.

If you are a Christian, THAT is YOUR truth.

I won't say which I believe in, but I sure do get tired of both sides shoving their beliefs down each others throats.. It's really old.

Just believe what you want and get on with your life.

...the truth of atheism? haha.
thats good, or not that is.
think that through. We believe in religion/spirituality.
You are saying everything had some random origin and NO INTELLIGENT DESIGN/er , PATTERN BEFORE IT.
OK........THATS LIKE SAYING THE SENTENCE YOU WROTE RANDOMLY FORMED UNIFORM PATTERNS DISPLAYING COMMUNICATION THROUGH A SET STANDARD OF INTERACTION BETWEEN TWO RECIPANTS, A.K.A. THE WHOLE Y/A! BOARD, AND YOURSELF INCLUDED. ETC.
*Atheism IS your/others religious CHOICE.period.
Christianity IS the truth.PERIOD.
this is why you are sooo impossed by it,all other ideas you can shake off, but the reality of the kjbible? hmmm....a force to reckon with, that is bow to, or be judged by.
That is understand eternal love, or nothing. Godbless you as you seek the truth. -LIVE4TRUTH=]

Actually I have asked the same question for you Atheists, why are you in this category? Are you searching for the truth? Do you want to be converted? Or are you here to spew venom?

I often wondered why the atheist came to the religious section since they are the ones who claim they don't believe in the existence of God. Religion is for believers not for abusers
